Payment FAQ
What are your rates?
55-minute Initial Intake/Evaluation Session $225
55-minute Therapy Session $200
I will submit claims to your insurance provider on your behalf. Clients are responsible for the co-pay, co-insurance, or full cost of service if insurance deductible has not been met. Payment is expected at time of service. Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage.
What types of payment do you accept?
Checks can be made payable to Montana Mental Health. Credit card payments can be made prior to session via my client portal or at the time of service. Credit card payments will incur a 3% service fee.
What is your cancelation policy?
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. You will be responsible for the full fee for the session if you do not show for your appointment or if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. The fee includes any co-pays and full amount insurance usually pays. Insurance does not reimburse for missed sessions. I understand that emergencies do arise. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are not able to make it to your appointment.
